Nintendo continues fight against piracy wiping out 400+ Switch emulator repos in single day

Nintendo has successfully wiped out over 400 Nintendo Switch emulation repos as it continues its long-standing fight against piracy. Torrent Freak reports that Nintendo filed seven separate DMCA anti-circumvention notices at GitHub targeting a variety of Switch emulator repositories and their forks. Nintendo says that the reason for doing is that emulators exist to bypass the encryption that protects its games.
