Limited Run Games just haven’t been having much luck with those Sonic x Shadow Generations statues that were meant to come with the pricey Sonic x Shadow Generations Collector’s Edition which went live in 2024. The original batch of statues that came with the Collector’s Edition were simply not up to par and they were recalled and new designs were worked on. Today, Limited Run Games gave an update to say that they should be leaving the factory next month in November domestically and internationally in December. So they are on track to be shipped to Limited Run customers by the end of the year.
“After weeks of waiting and minimal updates on the Sonic X Shadow Generations statues, we are pleased to let everyone know that we can finally share a timeline.
The statues are wrapping up the production stage and are expected to be shipped to Limited Run Games in November. With international shipping, we should see them arrive on-site around December.
As with anything in life, unexpected circumstances could always arise but as for now things are tracking on course and we’re running toward the next level.
Once the statues arrive, then it’s time to package them together and begin shipping to all our loyal customers that have been waiting so patiently!
These statues surely haven’t been moving at the speed of Sonic, but we believe once in your hands they will be well worth the wait.”
