I’m from Spain and we also get this keyring when preordering at Game , so it isn’t an UK only deal.
I preordered my copy at zavvi.es with a 10% discount by 35,99 € , and i won’t cancel it just for a keyring, it isn’t enought incentive for me.

The States usually gets this kinda treatment anyway. If you go to the NoE and NoJ Club Nintendo sites then look at the NoA Club Nintendo site you will see that we get the junk of the heap whilst you guys get all the cool stuff.
