The Nintendo World Store has today confirmed that you’ll be able to get hold of the special Mario Kart 8 bundle, which comes complete with the blue shell statue, when you pre-order the game with them. The bundle is limited edition and pre-orders start right now.

Saw it in person at the Nintendo Store. If you ask, they will let yoyu hold it just like their actual Master Sword and Hylian Shield. I think it is definitely worth $20

This is sad. Apparently a few people here don’t understand the meaning of LIMITED EDITION. It’s a bundle that includes the Wii U, Mario Kart 8, & the Blue Shell statue/figurine. The rest of the country will be getting the regular bundle of Wii U+Mario Kart 8. *sigh*
There’s nothing wrong with limited editions, but selling it in only one store in the country isn’t how it should be done.
