The developers from Nintendo have been teasing fans with plenty of entertaining images from the long-awaited shooter, Splatoon. One of the images that appeared from a trailer a while back shows a image of a basic 2D arcade style game featuring the Splatoon mascots. Now a more recent image has appeared which shows an arcade machine in the background. Does this mean that you’ll be able to play the 2D mini game on the arcade machine. That would be awesome.

The girl’s shirt also has 69 on it. they just flipped the 6. Could you perhaps engage in 69 with other inklings? Guess we’ll find out when the game releases.
Also a question for everyone here. Do you guys know if they’ll sell rosalina and lucario at their respective stores, or are all the figures available already preordered?

It’s not even comparable. My only gripe with Nintendo Land is that it lacked online.

Its bad that the only game i m looking for is splatoon until mk8 dlc released.Mario maker will need more to justified a purchace i really like to create stages but i dont really like playing them as i dont enjoy much of 2d mario.I still have the new super mario + luigi and i m bored to play the second stage.
Mario party 10 dont interest me at all.Thank god i have a ps4 now(not mine but i can play it whenever i want).

I thought NSMBU was the best 2d Mario since Super Mario World on the snes. It’s all just an opinion, but I disagree with you on Mario Maker. That game will be fantastic. I do however agree with you about the drought. Kirby does not look appealing to me, and that Lego game… I hate lego games. Mario Maker and Splatoon for the first six months of 2015 is pretty disappointing… But… I’m not disappointed at all. And do you know why?
Because MH4U and Majoras Mask more than makes up for the Wii U’s early 2015 drought. By the time I put Mh4U down, Xenoblade, Zelda and Starfox will be around the corner.. Then you may not hear from me until sometime in 2016..
Mario Maker will be good because you can create any level you want, but personally, I’m not really interested. I already have NSMBU and I’ve played NSMBWii and they have grown really boring to me. I’d much rather play 3D Mario games. Just so tired of 2D Mario… :/
