Nintendo has revealed that there’s some behind the scenes maintenance happening on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U this coming Monday and Tuesday. As you probably already know the Super Smash Bros themed Nintendo Direct is taking place on the Tuesday, so there’s a possibility that this maintenance ties in with this. Here’s the times when you’ll be affected.
- 5 PM PT (Monday) – 3 AM PT (Tuesday)
- 8 PM ET (Monday) – 6 AM ET (Tuesday)
- 1 AM in the UK (Tuesday) – 11 AM in the UK (Tuesday)
- 2 AM in Europe (Tuesday) – 12 PM in Europe (Tuesday)
Thanks, Fanboydestroyer

On each day different system or on both days, both systems?
Both systems I assume on same days.
Thanks sorry for responding so late.
#NoDataMiningZone plz
Wow, I guess this was true. I read it on a couple sites about a week or 2 ago but they all just cited Nintendo as a source but added no links.
On a related note, I don’t know why but these Nintendo maintenance always take me by surprise. They’re so rare.
All smash ballot characters revealed and available same day! Called it! lol
Probably the announcement of all the ballot characters and the release of Cloud is what I’m guessing.
Does that mean all servers are down and I can’t play any games online? Or is it just the Eshop?
Don’t u have Xenoblade to play to wait for the Smash 4 hype.
Not sure who your replying to but just in case it’s me. Yes I have Xeno X, and it’s an awesome game, and everyone should play it and see how awesome it is.
I hope just the eshop… It will suck it we lose the ability to play X online, and FR-Neo! D;
At least it’s not Christmas Eve, day and day after like a year or two ago!
I’m sure this is to ensure that the eShop doesn’t crash when everyone and their mother downloads Cloud and anyone else they add that day.
Lots of new content imminent.
inb4 it leaks DLC content
I am going to avoid Nintendo News Websites like the plaque. To avoid any spoilers for the Smash Direct. Will be back On Wednesday.
That’s probably a good idea…
Why not just watch Tuesday live
Again, Spoilers. I want to avoid Spoilers at all costs and don’t want to risk seeing any Spoilers.
If you tune in to the Nintendo Direct site only, you won’t see any spoilers and will only see it happen live if you are free from work or whatever of course.
Sticking to this article, if there are any more Questions.
There is an amazing smash article you have to read right now!!! (J.K.)

Dun dun DUN!!!
