The last Super Smash Bros Direct may have come and gone, but that doesn’t mean the commercials will stop. Nintendo has released an ad in Japan that features the newly announced DLC for the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game. Although Cloud gets a bit more love than Bayonetta or Corrin, the commercial does a decent job of conveying the uniqueness of each new fighter. You can see for yourself in the video below.

Is it February yet?
What’s up with all the lil freak chocobo’s during Clouds part. That was awesome.
its a mii costume.
Even the little ones running around? They should add one extra item per dlc character. Add a little spice to those matches.

I think Bayonetta got the least amount of attention in this trailer. Poor girl.
Maybe she’s coming last and that indirectly suggests that?
Or since she’s the ballot winner, her having so little limelight indicates the director never much cared for fan input in the first place?
I’m willing to bet on the latter.

Can’t they just stay quite about this final pack. No need to remind the world that Corrin and Bayonetta got in over Wolf and Popo. Besides, what’s the point of this commercial? Sakurai’s Final Smash Defect covered everything (with such video padding).
