Nintendo 3DS: Nintendo Says Don’t Use The Nintendo 3DS As A Weapon Or Sit On It

  1. Such is the level a corporation has to go to with warnings in this day and age of stupidity to avoid any potential lawsuits. Think the woman who sued Mcdonalds because she spilled coffee all over her lap and it was hot. Hence why the “warning contents of cup are hot” label is now on every cup. Mike Judge has it right. Idiocracy is quickly becoming a reality.

    1. its a little laser thats visible from the back. like the one they warn u about thats in a wii if u were to decide to take ur wii apart, it could blind u.

  2. Top Left: Don’t allow yourself to be hypnotized by the 3DS

Middle Left: Don’t attack your favorite plants with the 3DS

Middle Right: Don’t try to unlock in game items with real world key

Top Middle and Right: Don’t attempt to torture your 3DS for secrets with extreme temperatures.

  3. It looks like the guy sitting on it has the console in his back pocket, so the picture is therefore telling you, as well as not sit on it, but also to not leave it in your back pocket – which is a concern for me, as there have been countless times when I’ve unwittingly stuck my DS Lite into my back pocket while I just popped to the loo, or got a drink, and when I sat down again, I sure as hell felt the wrath of Nintendo. ;)

I shan’t be sitting on this precious beast, though.

  5. I think it is one of those universal messages that Nintendo want’s to send to alien civilizations when putting a 3DS in the next probe sent into space by NASA. I bet these aliens will have a hard time figuring out the message, specially the circle with the red diagonal line that appears in all the images, haha!

  6. Oh I love these, they are always so amusing.

But honestly, who on Earth sticks ANYTHING that size in their back pocket? Not only would it potentially damage a device like the 3DS, but it would be insanely uncomfortable if you tried to sit down. Makes me wonder why we even bother with back pockets if they encourage people to try silly things like this.
