Team Ninja has just released the first of many SpotPass updates for the fantastic Dead Or Alive Dimensions. I’ve just downloaded the content which includes a new costume for Kasumi along with the chance to defeat Team Ninja member Hiroya Usuda, who was one of the programmers of Metroid: Other M. Sadly I failed to beat him, but I’m looking forward to the additional content that’s coming out over the next few days! Did anyone pick up the game today?

I take it he’s hard to beat then? I guess that’s a given. If I worked on Other: M and I had to put up with all of the elitist fanboys saying Other: M sucks for stupid, nonexistent reasons, I’d probably take my anger out on them by making a hard to beat opponent for them to fight in a DOA game too.
Really wish I had held out for this instead of getting SSFIV (even though Ii am 4-0 up on the street pass fights).
I really like the costume for Kasumi – It was my favourite one from DoA 4! :)

If you’re connected to WiFi you should receive a notification as soon as you start playing the game.

Do we get the chance to get the updates we missed if we get our copy on the day it comes out?
If you’re from the States then I would assume you’d get the SpotPass content sometime next week.

I dont really know how the Spotpass works.
Missed the first costum already cuz i dont know how it works.
On the network option, everything is on.
But i recieve nothing or i’m doing something wrong.
Please help , dont want to miss more stuff.

Yeah, they’d better offer all the spotpass downloads for those of us in the US. I feel like I keep getting screwed over:
1.) Bugged Street Pass / Mii Plaza
2.) Vertical lines on my upper screen due to poor “closed design”
3.) 1st Firmware bugged the system (see #1.)
4.) delayed 2nd firmware.
5.) NO COMMUNICATION FROM NINTENDO AS TO WHETHER THEY PLAN TO FIX ANY OF IT. Just tell us you know about it and you will fix it. THAT’S ALL I WANT.
Replacing my 3DS fixes nothing ling term. It simply leaves me DS-less for a while.
3DS sales are low? No kidding, and it’s NOT just because of the game launch line-up.
Pull it together Nintendo. Could I launch a game system? No. I also am not the most innovative gaming corporation since at least the 80’s.
I want Kevin or Sam Flynn back in charge.
