Earlier this year, Pokémon Colosseum developer Genius Sonority released Denpa Ningen no RPG in Japan. The game was directed by a programmer for the Dragon Quest series, Manabu Yamana. In Denpa Ningen no RPG, players need to add party members by scanning their surroundings using the Nintendo 3DS’s augmented reality function. The game will be released on the Nintendo eShop in the West and, prior to the game’s release, a demo will be available as a free download.

I want a game like Pokemon XD. Me and my brother played on one save and we have like 150 hours on it and it is just so fun. The battle CDs were great and the battle tower was awesome. I would will a piece of paper for a sequel of Pokemon XD.

That is a game that would lend itself pretty well to dual screens. In terms of what’s on these screens, they could either go the Sonic Rush route and have the two form a connected image or take a note from Skyward Sword’s underground segments.
