The game is a re-mastered version of Donkey Kong Country Returns for Wii, and it features an all-new world with eight brand-new levels. The Nintendo 3DS version also features a new mode that gives players an additional heart and new items to ease the path.

If you decide to purchase the digital version of the game, make sure you have $34.99 and at least 17,693 of open blocks on your Nintendo 3DS. Will you be purchasing the game digitally? Or are you waiting to pick up a physical copy from a retailer? Let us know in the comments.

Never completed the Wii version. So I’m looking forward to the new/easy mode, so I can finally complete it.

  9. I’ll get this as a hard copy at retail, but not until the price drops. I already played this on Wii (it’s a great game by the way) so I’m not in any rush. Still have plenty of other games to play (not done Awakening or New Moon yet so yeah, I’m set :D )

  10. In the uk, I went go my local store and bought Luigi’s Mansion for £33, yet on eshop it is £40! I would much rather have a physical copy anyday, least I could then sell if I didn’t like it (By the way the game is excellent)!
