Shantae Pushed Back One Month On 3DS Virtual Console

shantaeThe original Shantae to be re-released on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console has been pushed back for a month. According to WayForward’s creative director Matt Bozon, Shantae will not be gracing us with her vibrant purple hair on June 20 but sometime in July instead. Though a reason is yet to be given for the delay, we’re hoping it’s not too much of an issue, and the kinks can be sorted out quickly. Here’s what Bozon said over Twitter:

“Breaking news — Shantae Virtual Console release has been moved to July. We’ll post new details on the WayForward Blog when they arrive.”

  1. It started with the rayman delay, not to mention the huge pikmin delay. And the trend continues…

I looked at my nintendo calendar for the rest of the year, and I found two awesome games coming out in October for the 3DS called pokemon x and y, it blows my mind in every way. I love it! :D

Then I got my lucky coin out, and I was scratching my calendar so hard to remove that blank canvas. Then I realised that Pokemon will live on forever. But everything else is just history.
