Nintendo has announced that the long-awaited Scribblenauts Unlimited will finally make it over to European shores come this December. Developed by 5th Cell and published by Warner Bros. the action puzzler has been on a difficult journey for the past year.
Originally, the game was set to be released last November along with the North American version, however delays set it back and we then believed it would grace our Wii U and 3DS screens by February. Unfortunately, there was no movement on Nintendo’s or Warner Bros. part as to why the delay was creating such havoc in the games department – we had a potential leak to say it would be released in July, but that also fell through.
Now, 5th Cell and Warner Bros. have announced the Scribblenauts Unmasked series due for release on September 24, but Europe has – again – been left in the dark. For those fans who are still waiting on the official European release for either the Wii U or 3DS, you should expect to get your hands on Scribblenauts Unlimited this December, though Nintendo has yet to detail a specific date.
Good luck selling this game in Europe as people will buy higher anticipated games first…
it will fail because everyone in europe got it on pc or forgot about it it’s stupid why it took a year to realese it over here
They can only blame themselves for not earning our money…
I wanted this for the Wii U so badly! And now a year had passed, and so has the Steam Summer Sale. I picked it up cheap back then. I might pick it up for the Wii U as well, but there are other games that are higher on my list.
Though I guess its not entirely dev’s/publishers fault (guess they did use copyrighted material without permission), like with delayman legends.
Them retarded cat people….
WHY DID IT TAKE A WHOLE YEAR?! DAMN IT:
That’s what I want to know…though I didn’t care much for the game, this is no excuse for such a delay even for rayman. All of that aside, I’m glad rayman is doing well so I hope the same will happen for this game.
