Independent publisher System 3 has announced that James Pond: Codename Robocod is to be remade for release in early 2014 for iOS, Android, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Steam and Windows 8. The handheld, console and PC versions promise a re-imagining of the original which include updated visuals and audio, built from the ground up for each platform.

I like how older games are coming back and people who made past games are becoming relevant again. I’ve never played “James Pond,” but at least I have the opertunity to do so when it releases. I wasn’t around for the Megadrive/Sega Genesis… 💋
An old game about a spy Goldfish, that is without a doubt a complete copy of a well known cultural icon… just with fish instead of cool spies with high-tech gadgets and kick ass action… fish… No really its a total bag of unoriginal shit… not going to say anything more
