Union J To Team Up With Pokemon In Off-Beat Promotion For Pokemon X And Y

Pokemon_starters

Although full details are said to be revealed tomorrow, a press release has indicated that popular UK boy band Union J will be teaming up with Pokemon in a new promotion. Speculation so far is that the X-Factor phenoms will do a signing and general promotion of the game. Pokemon formerly teamed up with One Direction, so there seems to be a trend developing in Nintendo’s Pokemon promotions. Pokemon X & Y will be released on October 12th and is expected to increase 3DS sales significantly, even though it seems to not need the help.

    1. dont be a closed minded dork
Sony is a good company, with good games
Nintendo is a good company with good games
both are great, you are a idiot
      end of the stry

        1. And that never made sense to me, because Kingdom Hearts would suit Nintendo consoles SO much better than Sony consoles. With it’s cartoon-based graphics and characters of Disney. It belongs on Nintendo’s consoles. Not Sony’s.

          1. It’s because you made it sound like it’s doing bad outside of Japan.

3DS is doing great in Japan but OK-to-Good everywhere else.

    1. why do you even argue?
to start off, the 3DS is a success even outside Japan, Vita is doing th same as the WiiU
the argument here is that he is a wannabe-troll, so try not to answer him

    1. How many nails will that thing need? By now it should have been cheaper just to put it in a metal case and blowtorch the box shut.

  1. “HUYS i cant wait to BE a POKEMON MASTER!! is it normal to get erection over the nintendo because ooohhhhh. GO SQUIRTLE!!!!! UUUHHHH YEAH!! its not gross guys, nintendo is my everything!! “

        1. Ive never, never, ever been able to tell a drop in framerate issues befoooooorreeeeee. Doesn’t bother meeeeeeeee!!!! Fact.

    1. Never heard of Union J until now and I gotta say, they are WAYYYY more talented than One Direction and also WAYYYYY Hotter!!! God, there is one guy in the group who looks like Stefan from Vampire Diaries and he makes me feel all hot and stuff!! SO CUTE!

Singing is a plus on a cute guy ;)

  2. I mean what is the point of all of this noise people? Console wars are ridiculous. Who’s gonna hear you anyways? You’re just making noise like everyone else instead of truly enjoying ALL games no matter what the platform. You’re just like everyone else, a pointless sheep, a follower, a fan boy or whatever you call it, someone who can’t think on their own, a label lover! Merit and true gameplay value goes beyond the label of a company. Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft all have their good points and low points. Admittedly, Microsoft made a few, shall I say crappy decisions with the release of the Xbox One but I can’t deny it’s still a good system. The same more or less applies to the Vista and the Wii U. As for the 3DS, it’s an excellent system and it’s doing pretty good (although sale wise it could do slightly better).

      1. I see you *clearly* understood what I meant. I’m not on any side, since that would limit me in what I could enjoy. My appreciation of games is not skewed by the label or the platform I’m playing on. And for the record, I don’t even play ANY Pc games but that doesn’t mean I’m against them. That would be stupid especially in view of what I just said above.

But anyways, I think in reality you understand what I mean, right? You’re only twisting what I said in order to cause trouble. Trolls yupp… real life weaklings who randomly throw shit at others online whilst safely cowering behind their computer screens. Brave man!

  3. They sure go out on a limb to promote a game that will already sell good. You’d think that it would cost more than regular 3DS games or something. But it’s the same price as every first-party 3DS game (most likely).

Now, if only Nintendo would promote and advertise the Wii U more, things would change in that situation. The holiday season is approaching FAST, and there’s still a LOT of people out there who don’t even know about the Wii U. All Nintendo’s fault.
