Capcom and Namco Bandai’s ambitious brawler Project X Zone is now only $15 on the Nintendo 3DS eShop in North America. If you’d rather purchase a physical release then you can pick Project X Zone up for $20 on Amazon. Project X Zone features over 50 characters from 29 historic game franchises by three of Japan’s most prolific video game companies. The game currently has an average score of 70 on Metacritic.

“Brawler” doesn’t really do it justice, it’s a strategic RPG. It’s just that the combat system uses light fighting moves as attacks. Calling Project X Zone a “brawler” is like calling a Tales of… game “hack n’ slash”.
But regardless, oh man, how fantastic fan service this game is. Not really deep in strategy, but more than makes up with fun moments. Will never forget Dante paying respects to Arthur (Ghosts n’ Goblins).
There’s no real strategy though. Button masher ala Kingdom Hearts 2.
I knew it was good to wait. I can’t wait to buy it.

its a mess, but its fun to see the cross-overs and amount of fan service. its a great deal at this price.
I am now glad I held off on this game even after playing the demo that made the game so worth the price tag at the time.

This game could have been something else, Like a crossover Ultimate Jump Stars style. So much potential as a fighting game.
