Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment together with TT Games have announced a release date for the upcoming Middle-earth adventure game LEGO: The Hobbit. Fans of the Tolkien franchise will be able to experience the first two Hobbit movies in LEGO-vision come April when it hits the Wii U, 3DS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PS Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC and Mac.
The action-packed video game is aiming to provide endless hilarity and in-game references to Peter Jackson’s blockbuster movies; An Unexpected Journey and The Desolation of Smaug. LEGO: The Hobbit will launch on April 8 in North America and April 11 in Europe. And if you missed the latest amusing trailer, you can check it out here.

This is cool, but Im kind of sad for the lack of the third hobbit movie. But I understand, since the hobbit was supposed to be only 2 movies, so the hobbit movies would have ended by now, But I guess they had not time to change the release date for the game. Maybe they will make a sequel with the third movie included?
DLC would be cool right?
Maybe ten to twenty bucks for the third?
I came here to the comment section to say just this. The lack of the third film is going to motivate them to create another game, containing all three films (my prediction). This isn’t really worth it.
