This week’s European download is offering two more Luigi discounts in the 3DS and Wii U eShop as an honorary send-off to the famed green plumber. It’s the last week within the Year of Luigi, so starting this Thursday you can purchase the fantastic Luigi’s Mansion 2 on the 3DS for €35.99 or £31.99 compared to the usual price of €44.99 / £39.99.
However, if you’ve been there, done that, and even got the Luigi Mansion figurine, then you can always opt for Dr. Luigi on the Wii U, priced at the delightful €9.99 or £8.99 compared to the usual €14.99 / £13.49. Both Luigi’s Mansion 2 and Dr. Luigi will be available at the reduced price until March 18, when the Year of Luigi officially concludes. Other temporary eShop discounts include:

The Luigi’s Mansion 2 price is still way more than you can buy a new retail copy for.
But I had been waiting for a discount to pick up Dr Luigi. £8.99 is a much more reasonable price for it.
