Eurogamer recently had the opportunity to test out the playable build of Yoshi’s Woolly World at a recent Nintendo event in London. The video showcases the earlier levels in the game which are beautiful, but appear to be rather easy. Yoshi’s Woolly World launches exclusively on the Wii U sometime in 2015.

Well, I have heard it’s impossible to die in the Kirby Yarn game, so they have at least stepped it up a little. And as of now, this looks much better than the 3DS game, and even like a truer sequel…

Other than Sonic and Smash, has Mario characters had any crossovers? I think the Mario Universe mostly stays in Mario.
Do you mean Sonic and Mario at the Olympic Games? SSB is not just Mario, but all of Nintendo.
Yeah, Sonic and Mario games, and Smash Bros. are the only games outside of the Mario Universe I can think of, that star Mario characters. And Kirby, while actually fitting in to the style, is not!
Mario Kart GP had Pacman characters, Scribblenauts Unlimited had lots of Mario characters and back in the Gamecube era, Mario, Luigi and Peach were playable in NBA Street.
Forgot about Scribblenauts, and didn’t know about the others. It’s probably possible, but I don’t see it likely. The two characters do have some similarities, though!
Also, I was so sure Kirby was in the new MK when we got the Rosalina Smash trailer!
I’m just saying that SSB stars characters from all the Nintendo franchises, not just Mario.
Beautiful and cute game
The early levels are easy but the developers have stated tjat they plan to make this game more challenging than we’d expect. I hope they do that. I want that satisfying feeling of accomplishment that I got with the original Yoshi’s Island every time I beat a level.
