Sonic Boom is literally right around the corner so it seems appropriate that Sega and Nintendo have begun advertising it. The amusing trailer features some stunning CGI characters as well as actors. There’s also a splattering of gameplay to give people a taste of what to expect. Sonic Boom: Rise Of Lyric launches, November 11th.

I rather have a real advertisement that shows me more about the actual gameplay because I’m not convinced to buying this at all.
sticks is playable in the 3ds version, and is a main character in the TV show, and a seemingly important character in the Wii-u version… so yeah

The Shattered Crystal commercial is the exact same thing as this, and she’s actually shown.

Yes, she is. She is maybe not playable, but she is in the game. She is playable in the 3DS part, in which she takes part of Amy, who is kidnapped by Lyric. Do your research first, then whine about it.

I think this is the most entertaining video game commercial I’ve seen in quite awhile. Even though the first part doesn’t really have much relation to the game (other than the characters being there), it has a pretty interesting concept. Good job commercial making people!

That was actually a good commercial. I’m gonna buy this game. It took a lot of deliberating back and forth with myself, but it’s agreed. Will defiently be picking this one up this holiday season.

People bitch about this game, but…I’m actually kinda hyped about it. I still hate Knuckles’ new look, but I’m diggin’ this. Don’t let me down again Sega.
IGN will probably give this game a bad score for not being a generic Sonic game.
A damn shame I can’t afford this game this month because I really wanted those Tron outfits. Maybe they’ll be offered as paid DLC later down the road.
