Atlus has announced that there’s a brand new Etrian Odyssey game on the way for the Nintendo 3DS. The company posted a teaser video to celebrate the announcement which you can view above. Details are pretty scarce revealing plot details or a release date, but you’ll have to make do with the teaser video for the moment.

Are these games good? I keep hearing about them. How do they play? I could do my own research but meh.
I really enjoy them. It’s your standard dungeon crawling RPG with classes and the like. I don’t really know what to compare it to, but the story is really good and so is the gameplay. The game offers a challenge, and the strategy it requires will keep you coming back and interested. Dungeons are maze like and offer, secret areas, shortcuts, hidden bosses and so on. Even the quests are fun which is a rarity in most RPGs. Definitely recommend the game if you like RPGs.

another etrian odyssey game? japanese are the king of quicking rehashing games these days. yearly released games are not bad but this one seems to go too quick into development.
