With the western Nintendo Direct concluded, translated news has filtered in from the Japanese stream earlier today. Alongside new footage of the game, which is embedded above, Nintendo has reconfirmed Rodea: The Sky Soldier will be arriving for the Wii U and 3DS on April 2 for Japan. Though it was originally intended to be released on the Wii console, Rodea has yet to be confirmed for a western release on the aforementioned consoles. The action game’s price is set for 7,200 Yen on the Wii U, while the 3DS version will cost 5,800 Yen.

I like its play style and graphics, definitely would get the Wii U version though.
