We kinda covered this earlier, but the post was really targeted towards physical rewards on Club Nintendo in the United States. Anyway, there’s a ton of great games available for a reasonable amount of coins on Club Nintendo. One of the notable games is Platinum Games Wii U exclusive, The Wonderful 101, which can be yours for 600 Coins. You can also grab Golden Sun for Wii U for a mere 200 coins or Super Mario World for the same price. Be sure to check out all the games as well as the physical rewards, right here.

I only had 170 coins left, so I got in early this morning before everyone went at the same time. I got Kid Icarus: of Myths and Monsters. It’s not much but it’s something new to play.
I plan to get the Wonderful 101 and Harmoknight. I wish Fire Emblem virtual console was on the list. I am still looking forward to the platinum rewards later this year.

Finally theres something I can redeem my coins for .Unfortunately, most of the hit games that are being offered I already own. I picked Star Fox 3D and Paper Mario 3DS and I still have 1K coins left. I wish they had offered some Amiibos in exchange for coins tho.

You know, speaking of Metroid, do you remember when I told you I didn’t like Super Metroid and that it kind of made me become uninterested in the series? Well, I bought Metroid Prime Trilogy off the eshop and I started playing the first today. And well, I think it is definitely freaking awesome. I just love how smooth and fluid the gameplay is and I also killed that monster. (I think it was called Space Queen? Lol) And this game’s soundtrack rules. It just makes me appreciate Samus even more and makes me happy I have an amiibo of her. If the next Metroid for Wii U is anything at all like Prime, I’m buying it day one. 😂

What did I tell you? lol Metroid Prime is fucking awesome but Prime 1 is only the beginning. Prime 2 May scare you a bit with the Dark World thing and Prime 3’s cinematics will surprise and wow you. :)

Just wondering, can an original 3DS be at risk of getting ruined if a heavy object is placed on top of it while it is closed?

I have a heavy packback full of books and stuff. Thing is, I come back home by transit, and when I sit, I have to put my backback over my laps, and many time I don’t notice that it kind of crushes the 3DS in my pocket.
I would try to avoid putting my backpack on my 3DS if possible. Try easing your bag away from your pocket. It doesn’t sound like you can put your 3DS in your pocket, so something like a case you can put it in may help if you’re running out of options.

The 3DS is in my pocket, but my bag is kinda big. I think it squishes the corners of my 3DS the most.
Once my pockets where so tight the 3ds got squish a bit it did not wanted to turn on for a few minutes.
hmmnn i’d invest in a padded protective case if you don’t already have one. it doesn’t have to be fancy or anything but just a little extra padding to protect it would probably be a good thing. If you do that it should be fine. or you could put your 3ds in your backpack before you sit down. its remembering that’s the hard part.

This is how Club Nintendo should’ve been like the whole time… Would’ve been great. Anyways, I don’t really have too many coins. I have about 500. Don’t have too much storage space left on the 3DS and I’d rather not download these full games anyway. I’m interested in Wii Party U but it’s nearly double my amount of coins. I guess nothing for me then.
At least you could actually be able to buy some of hese games with coins. I own all of the retail games except for Game & Wario, “Crossword Puzzle wtf”, and Brain Age Concentration. There’s good reasons for me not owning them (except maybe Game & Wario).
Game and Wario is pretty good especially since it’s free. It uses the gamepad in very unique ways and has tons of collectables to unlock. The multiplayer mode is really fun as well.
Yeah I’ve heard all those things, but I just never had a real “need” to get the game. I would have definitely already gotten it if it was a Wii U Warioware, but Nintendo hasn’t made a WW game since DIY, which I thought had a good editor, but the regular levels were meh.

Problem with that is no one would ever be able to access the site with how much it would constantly crash due to the millions of people trying to get stuff and how often stuff would run out within hours like Amiibos. Do the rewards outweigh the risks and annoyances?

When the site works again, i might get 3d land and the original zelda on my 3ds. The zelda pouch looks nice but i don’t buy any pouches for the handheld systems. The messenger bag I would get if it wasn’t freakin Skull Kid.
Also, does the 3DS XL have a better perception of 3D depth than the original?

The Japanese and Europeans teamed up to flood the US Club Nintendo, so we can’t access anything. Those bastards.
So much games, not enough coins. I would love to get both The Wonderful 101 and Kid Icarus Uprising but I only have around 800 coins. Gonna grab Kid Icarus (already have a 3DS Grip to replace the stand), but hoping The Wonderful 101 is a platinum reward or even something better to download to my Wii U.

When the first story came out, I checked this morning … and the site was down. Now you post that some good games are available as well, so I check again … and the site is down.
I have not even seen any of the physical rewards to know if I want them or not, or remember if I have enough coins to get them. At this rate, by the time I am able to actually log-in, they will all be sold out anyway, to those lucky enough to get in during the brief windows when it is up.
I hope the program they replace this with is an UPGRADE and not a DOWNGRADE … and hopefully running on servers that can handle the user load.
THEY SHOULDV’VE DONE THIS YEARS AGO! This is what the Club needed exactly and more. But still lackluster for my taste. Not saying 101 sucked, it’s not for me.
I tried to log in a few times around 10am PST, took a couple dozen tries but I finally got in and snatched up that messenger bag. Their site was a mess though, kinda glad the system is getting revamped.

What the HELL!? I have 1,700 coins on Club Nintendo. And it’s acting like I don’t have enough for the Majora’s Mask jigsaw puzzle. WHY? It’s 800 coins. I have PLENTY!
Try seeing if it works tomorrow. The site has been acting very weird today. Possibly because too many people are trying to get on it at once. Hopefully it didn’t mess up your coins though.

For those having a hard time getting on, don’t bother anymore if you want one of the physical awards. Like the most wanted amiibo, they’ll all be sold out by the time you are able to get on. With how pathetic Nintendo’s been with stock lately, I won’t be surprised at all if this ends up being the case for most of you. Still, good luck… because you’re going to need it.
