It was a great month for gamers last month as there was something for everyone. Nintendo impressed with the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles as it shifted 395,000 units. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate did well at retail shifting 515,000 copies sold digitally and physically and 290,000 copies sold digitally and physically. Nintendo also said that Wii U “hardware sales have increased by more than 20 percent” so far in 2015 over the same period in 2014. Anyway, here’s the best-selling games in the US during February.

Can’t wait to see what other remakes they have up their sleeve for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS as well. I love that these remakes not only bring more light to titles that may have been initially overlooked but also help to modernize them for younger gamers so that they can experience the richness these worlds have to offer.

These are dark days for me (as a gamer). Nintendo was really starting to bore and frustrate me. So I bought a PS3. But there’s only a handfull of games on PS3 that I have any interest in. And I already have half of them. And I’m getting so frustrated over the PS3 controls that it’s hard to enjoy it. I don’t know what I’m gonna do if I get sick of ALL consoles? I hope these PS3 games can hold me back until the new Zelda. Which is really the only Wii U game I care about at the moment. And the 3DS? That died ever since I got tired of Animal Crossing and Tomodachi Life.
Why would you buy a last-gen console that you knew wouldn’t have a lot of games on it you would like?

People like different things. Just because each new game is similar to the last doesn’t mean the game is necessarily bad, it just means people still like playing it, and a game doesn’t have to be leaps and bounds more original than the last iteration to be enjoyable.
If people spent as much time doing something useful with their time as they did complaining about stuff they didn’t like, maybe the world would be slightly less of a shithole to live in.
