Project CARS is nearly upon us albeit for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC. To celebrate this achievement Bandai Namco have released an adrenaline pumping launch trailer for Project CARS which features music from Deadmau5. We will have to wait a little longer for Project CARS on Wii U, let’s not hope it’s too much longer as the game looks as though it is shaping up rather nicely.

No, seriously
Not a racing game fan, I only really like Mario kart.
Shows for Wii U at the end but I’ll still get canned
The game was originally a kickstarter, people funded a Wii U version so that would suck.
Manifesto broken
That’s what they said about Watchdogs. It will be released, and I believe they will polish it as best they can.
Need for Speed Most Wanted is still one of the most beautiful games on WiiU, and it was a launch title. (or launch window) I’ll get my Speed fix there. I like NFSMW more anyway as I’m not good at simply “racing” I like the open world design of NFS.
600 fps … You might want to remove 1 zero
Ha, well spotted! :D
“Next-gen physics running at 600 fps and deep telemetry & tuning features” confirmed for nintendo NX, ps 5 and xbox two.
The game looks awesome!
Pfft, graphics aint that special to be honest.
At least show a WiiU work in progress trailer
WiiU…..WIP………..ROTFL
wii U version needs proper coding the early talk of using unity tools to port it might cripple it
IF IT EXISTS
graphics are okish it wll likely chop and tear like fuck going for 30 would have been stable

Too bad im not a racing Sim fan…
seeing how they delayed ONLY the Wii U version is just not helping getting this game for me i’ll pass because that’s just stupid u literary abandoned the nintendo fans who were excited for this
Nah, they didn’t. They’re just working on getting the better versions out first. The Wii U is weaker than the other two consoles so they’ll have to downgrade and work around it. They’ll probably focus on adding Wii U exclusive features to make up for whatever they can’t manage to put in.
Exactly. I think these devs will give the WiiU version the love it deserves, but since the WiiU isn’t standard archetecture, it makes more sense for them to crank out the other versions first since they are all pretty much the same game. Like Mass Effect 3, I think it’ll be worth the wait to get a game built for the WiiU and not a rushed port. (that is, a well-thought out port)
You want a racing game with shit features that took months of updates and DLC to make it a full game, just turn to MK8. I might play it again now that it’s not a skeleton of a game anymore.
Depends how long the publisher allow the devs to work on it, and also the size of the team.
I’ll say what I said to Hollow:
*snickers* Ubisoft said the same thing about Watch Dogs for Wii U but look at it now!? It doesn’t even use the Gamepad in many interesting ways like they fucking promised it would.
Ubisoft devs working on Watch Dogs for Wii U: “Let’s just slap a map on it!” “Brilliant, my fellow Ubisoft dev! The map alone should show we did great with the Wii U port! *snicker* Hahahah! Those dumbfucks that defend us will buy this game thinking it’s great & end up sorely disappointed. Oh well… for them! We’ll be laughing all the way to the bank!”

I don’t see how delaying it to put more work on it is “abandoning” i’m sure they won’t pull a Ubisoft on us
For their sake, let’s hope they don’t pull a Ubishit-errr, I mean, Ubisoft.
The Wii U version was “shelved” because they were struggling to get the PS4/Xbone versions anywhere near stable, so they needed everyone working on it.
That’s what they say. Whether they’ll pull a Ubisoft on us remains to be seen.
Still waiting for some kind of footage of the Wiiu version of this game! I want to support this developer, but i have to see something! Anything!
It’s not the developer, it’s the publisher, Namco have stated that you won’t get a whiff of the Wii U version until the PS4, Xbone versions are released.
Yes “let’s not hope” for this game. By the time they announce the Wii U version release everyone will be busy playing other games.
I bet they’ll release this game alongside a 1st party title then blame Nintendo for low sales on the console.
They’ll aim to get it out for Xmas, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it in 2016, there’s no 360 version to quick port from.
Just like Ubisoft did with the games they released on the Wii U. I’m surprised they didnt’ try to pull the same bullshit with Watch Dogs. But considering how all eyes were on that game & knew full well Ubisoft didn’t do anything to help sell Watch Dogs on Wii U, they knew better than to blame the Wii U for it’s bad sales.
But we won’t talk about how the PC version of this in Australia got washed away because of their flooding, which is something more interesting than “WiiU delayed”
