The pretty rare amiibo, Shulk, has had a reprint and are apparently popping up at GameStop stores, so make sure to keep an eye out on the availability in your nearest stores if you want to get hold of one! There’s been quite a few reprints rolling out in the last couple of months, so hopefully this means amiibo stock is improving. But be quick, because they won’t last long.
Thanks, MasterPikachu6

I think I just puked a little….Why would anyone bother typing this up? I can’t even understand what they’re trying to say.
Anyway, thanks for the update! I’ll check with my local GS store ASAP!
I tried to decode this in Google’s translate feature and my computer exploded.
Oh sweet, im close to one. Ill STOP by and see! :)
Did you manage to pick one up?
I actually didn’t even go by there because something came up. But I live close to a few and I will be Amiibo hunting this week.
Well good luck on that hunt man. May the gods be with you, the bitches be wet, and joints be sticky.
MONANDO FOR DA WIN
Any news about Shulk being restocked in Canada?

nintendo started out as a toy company idiot

Your reply just further proves the point of the video.
Yours does
Playing cards first in the late 1800s, then eventually toys in the 1960s.
If you’re going to insult someone, make sure you get your facts straight first.
Regardless, the company as it is today is a video game company, so the point made in the video still stands.
Actually they are a toy company dumb ass.
My local GameStop had few in stock when I passed by. Too bad I spent my allowance on java chip frappuccino at Starbucks so I was $3 short on money.
Amiibo > Starbucks
;((( I want my money back.
I checked with my local GS immediately after posting, and they had no idea about this. They said they probably wouldn’t get any anyway, since they’re a small store…
That’s it, first thing tomorrow I’m going to try for one. I JUST talked to a guy at my local one and he said no stores had him.
What DOES Shulk qualify as? Is he third-party, first-party, what?
I would believe first-party since Nintendo owns Monolith Soft.
Like Agent Smith said, he’s 1st party since Monolith Soft was making Xenoblade Chronicles while owned by Nintendo. Or if not owned, at least was the majority shareholder for when the game was first being developed.
I just picked up one at my local store in ATL. Apparently some stores are getting them, and they are only getting 1 or 2.
I called my local Gamestop and he said that they’re getting in a shipment with 2 Shulks, a Pac-man, and a couple others – but he didn’t have a time on when that shipment would arrive….so I suppose I’ll be checking in over the next few days. I’m assuming that each shipment time will differ for each Gamestop store, so it’s certainly possible that your local store may already have them, or will be receiving them soon.
Update – stopped after work and they had just opened the shipment of new amiibo, so I was able to pick up Shulk. I suggest acting fast if you want to have a chance at getting one.
If you have Xenoblade Chronicles for the 3DS, or intend to get it, & want to complete the Collection Mode of music tracks & 3D models, I highly suggest getting the Shulk amiibo if you get lucky to actually see him in a Gamestop store. Otherwise, have fun spending 5 play coins for 1 bloody token each if you live in a streetpass dead zone or you none of the people in your town have Xenoblade for 3DS.
