Animal Crossing Amiibo Confirmed To Work With Happy Home Designer Along With The Cards

One of the more interesting titles that Nintendo showcased during E3 was Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. The game is a spin-off of the Animal Crossing franchise and is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. Players are tasked with designing and customizing homes for Animal Crossing villagers. We already knew that the amiibo cards would work with the game, but we have found out today that the range of Animal Crossing amiibo figures will also be compatible with Happy Home Designer.

  1. Is this supposed to be a surprise? Like anything didn’t think the Amiibo would work with the game? Waste of an article. If the cards work why wouldn’t the Amiibo?

    1. It’s just confirmation. Someone was obviously interested enough to send it in, so figured I would put up a post :)

  2. I’m just want to know if the Cards work with Animal Crossing:Amiibo Festival.

    1. That was confirmed in the treehouse, i think they said you scan the card and the house that you designed for them in HHD will appear on the board

  3. All of this “Animal Crossing Games/ Amiibo/ Card-miibo” shit better coincide with one another. Lol

This’ll be a complete waste of time if it doesnt.

  4. I wish we could get a new main Animal Crossing.
Why don’t they hire some small team to port the GCN version to 3DS or something while we wait? I hate to say it, but after two years, New Leaf is starting to get a bit stale.

  5. I better be able to use my AC eReader cards on both games, or I’m going to be cross with Nintendo. Ahhh, everything comes full circle in life doesn’t it?
