One of the more interesting titles that Nintendo showcased during E3 was Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. The game is a spin-off of the Animal Crossing franchise and is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. Players are tasked with designing and customizing homes for Animal Crossing villagers. We already knew that the amiibo cards would work with the game, but we have found out today that the range of Animal Crossing amiibo figures will also be compatible with Happy Home Designer.

That was confirmed in the treehouse, i think they said you scan the card and the house that you designed for them in HHD will appear on the board

Why don’t they hire some small team to port the GCN version to 3DS or something while we wait? I hate to say it, but after two years, New Leaf is starting to get a bit stale.
I better be able to use my AC eReader cards on both games, or I’m going to be cross with Nintendo. Ahhh, everything comes full circle in life doesn’t it?
