For those of you that are looking to purchase the digital version of The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, the pre-load for this title is now available on the North American 3DS eShop. This will cut down the download time on release day, so there’s less of a wait before you play.
Upon checking, although the Europe release for the game is on the same day, there is no pre-load available on the European eShop just yet. The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes is officially released in North America and Europe on October 23rd and Australia on October 24th. You can check out the latest trailer here.
raaah! i want the game, but it will be full of trolls and i dont have friends to play with… i expect at least lobbys…
All of these particular kind of Zelda games have always looked so completely stupid to me. I always felt that these were the bottom of the barrel in the Zelda series.
When you say “particular kind” I presume you allude to Four Swords?
Yes, the Four Swords style of games. All of these ones that feature 4 Links.
Four Swords did it right as all 4 Links were still one single Link split into four halves. This game, I have no clue why there are three Links in the online mode. But if we view the single mode as the only canon thing of the game, I guess you could say only one of the Links is real while the other two are just mindless puppets controlled by the real Link through telepathy.
