Do you live in Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, or Romania? Well good news: the Nintendo eShop will finally be available to you starting on December 10th at 15.00h CET. It’s important to note that the eShop will be in English and will only accept Euros for purchases. Hopefully it opens with some great deals!

Like the idea to expand the e-shop.
Good Job!!!
You didn’t do this before… because?
So people in those countries with a wii u have not been able to use the eshop? Do they even have wii u In these countries. I know I would never purchase one if I knew such a huge part was basically missing
You can just choose a different country and continue using it. I live in Turkey and have a wii u and have like 3 different accounts from 3 different countries.
So baked righ nigh, but this is excellent news for peeps in the newly infected regions.
Cheers.
🍻
Ehhh… okey..? While we complained about that Wii U wouldn’t allow us to view adult games before 00:00 our something, they hadn’t had eShop at all… wtf Nintendo seriously?
Brazil Still waiting…
Wait. There are places with Wii U but no Wii U eShop? Wow. While we were all fighting over small features like a bust slider or costumes, others were missing a very big feature of the Wii U itself. @.@ Anyone else feel like an asshole now? If not, must just be me feeling bad I was complaining about something small when others were missing an even bigger feature altogether.
NO ONE HAS REALISED THATS A DIFFERENT GAMEPAD
It is December 12th and we still don’t have access to eShop here in one of the Eastern EU countries listed above. It is not possible to create a Nintendo Network ID, a prerequisite to get into eShop on Wii U. It has become painfully obvious that this news post is nothing but a hoax. Oh, well…
It is 21st and still nothing.. :(
