Nintendo’s first smartphone application titled Miitomo is now available to download on both the iOS App Store and Android’s Google Play Store. It is certainly available in Europe as I have just downloaded the application here in the UK. As we reported earlier My Nintendo is also live so be sure to get your account set up and claim your rewards.

I got my rooted Nexus 5 to run the app. If your rooted and have Xposed installed, you should install these two Xposed Modules (Root Cloak & Miitomo Security Bypasser) to get it running. I forgot to answer your question. Carrier unlocked should be fine. Same would go if it is bootloader unlocked. I think the app only checks if it is rooted.

Does anyone know if there’ll be any other ways to add friends? I don’t have (or want) a facebook or twitter account, and I don’t really see the point of adding people I actually know (face to face) since, well I already know them. I was hoping to add people I meet on miiverse or wii u.
Nope. This app fucking failed on what it was attended to do. So basically if you don’t have anyone or anything to play with. Your stuck there basically tapping on your mii the whole fucking time. There’s no way to add friends unless you have facebook friends that also has the app. Or simply one of your creepy ass twitter as the app.
I have no friends. This game feels pointless without friends. …sigh.
They should let you add friends you have on Wii U or 3DS or just people that have the app. I don’t fuck with Facebook
Same here. Don’t have facebook, don’t want facebook. You’d think on a Nintendo app you would be able to add people you met through Nintendo sources. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I deactivated my fb almost a year ago and it’s been nice but I think I might finally go back for this app, I used to be on a couple Nintendo fan fb groups so hopefully my miitomo should be poppin’ lol
