Mini Mario & Friends – amiibo Challenge has been out for nearly a week, but it has just received a new launch trailer – giving us a look at how amiibo can be used to unlock in-game content. Select amiibo can be tapped to guide one of 11 characters known as Minis across over 50 levels. Compatible figures include Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Bowser and Rosalina. The game is available now as a free download via the Nintendo eShop on both Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

I hate how there’s no Wario
right!?! they should have made a Waluigi amiibo as well, then this game could of had a nice even number of 12 playable amiibo. Oh well, can’t really complain about a free game though, this is 100x better than trash reavers though lol

Yeah :/ at least one amiibo is required to play the game.
So most of the games nintendo is making are now a days amiibo games.
Alongside the Animal Crossing game for Wii U, this makes 2 Amiibo based games dude. And this one is free.
So would the 25th anniversary pixel mario amiibo work?
