Harvest Moon Skytree Village Coming To Nintendo 3DS

Natsume has announced that there’s a brand new Harvest Moon game heading to the Nintendo 3DS titled Harvest Moon: Skytree Village. The new game is the third Harvest Moon title to be developed under Natsume rather than the original creators Marvellous Interactive. The game will be showcased at this year’s E3 event and a few changes were announced today including upgraded tools to use and more animals to herd including donkeys. We currently know very little about the game other than the farmers are tasked with restoring the Harvest Goddess power. More information will be shared this month.

  1. Wasn’t there supposed to be a Wii U Harvest Moon game by either them or the original creators? Either way, I haven’t seen anything.

  2. I really hate how Natsume continues this franchise by running it into the ground with half-assed titles. Really not enthusiastic about this one. Hopefully we see a Story of Seasons game soon to make up for it. I don’t even have to see this to know it’s bad, Natsume couldn’t translate let alone make a Harvest Moon title.

  3. I’m extremely excited for the third mention of a Harvest Moon game coming to us, considering there is already one coming to IOS, Android, WII U, and PC next year and then another Story of Seasons being released June 23rd in Japan. I’m interested in seeing how this is going to go!

  4. You give us NO word on the Wii U port of Seed of Memories, but you’re already out here advertising a brand new one for another system, and we even know when it’s gonna be showcased, while we still don’t know jack squat about Wii U’s SoM. Getting a bit annoying.

  5. Sucks the Harvest Moon name didn’t belong to Marvelous, the developers of the real Harvest Moon! I’ll miss that name as we now have to call the true “Harvest Moon” Story of Seasons. :/
