Capcom will be bringing the beloved 8-bit Mega Man titles to mobile platforms in January. All six game will be available in Japan on iOS and Android on January 6th. These games will also include auto charge, auto fire and adjustable game speed. No doubt this move will prove to be a massive success for Capcom provided they’re done right.

I thought X on mobile was horrible. And I think the other megaman games will be as well. For megaman you need precision and accurate timing, which is just impossible on touch screen controls. What Capcom will do is lower the difficulty in the mobile games to accommodate touch screen controls, and that will ruin the experience. Why taint the quality of megaman.. Greedy Capcom hasn’t made enough money off the old megaman games yet. Forget making a new one, they’ll just milk the old ones for eternity.
Oh boy, the same six games. That you have to buy separately. Again.
Next they will release them on Apple watches.
Or they’ll release an Apple watch app on the Apple watch that lets you play games you’ve downloaded on the downloaded Apple watch from the money that you earned from the job simulator app on the Apple watch

I still keep wishing that Capcom would release a physical game with all 10 Mega Man games. Hopefully it happens on the Switch.
