GAME Claims Zelda: Breath Of Wild Is Coming In March

UK video game retailer GAME has started advertising the Nintendo Switch in its various stores located throughout the United Kingdom. Reddit user PMurphy1978 noticed the displays and kindly took a snap of one of them. What is interesting is that the large advertisement for the console states that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is coming out in March. This would tie in nicely with the Nintendo Switch release date which is March 2017. However, various insiders have mentioned that they have heard from their sources that the game has been pushed back until the summer. I guess we shall have to wait until the Nintendo Switch event takes place on January 12th.

  1. I don’t want to read too much into it one way or another but it looks like the Wii U version of the game is being advertised for March released, not necessarily the Switch version.
There could be a delay in one, which would suck because I really want Zelda: BotW but I want the Switch more, so I’d likely skip buying this version unless they would give me an extremely reduced price if I bought one version before the other.

  2. That picture and the words on switch has bad spelling why would you win the switch if you have to preorder it you basically already own it who even made that board it’s like they were half asleep

  3. I want this one to be true just to prove that Laura Dale is a liar.

That bitch tried to blackmail Nintendo and the backpedaled saying he (yes, he) was kidding.

  4. I sure hope both the Wii U and Switch versions come out in March 2017, or at least simultaneously. I have a Wii U and I’m planning to get a Switch, so I guess I’ll be able to get it either way, but I think I’d prefer to get the Switch version.

Currently Nintendo keeps just saying ‘2017’ is the release date, so I find it really unlikely it’ll be delayed again to 2018, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out to maybe be a summer release and they’ve got some secret weapon they’re planning to unleash for the launch, because after their past few console launches they’ll need it!

  5. Nintendo rarely release games during the summer unless you count September up to 21st. If the game is not release in June then I doubt July or August will see Zelda. Personally I will buy the Wii u version as I don’t plan to buy the NX… Switch at least. two years after the release (March 2019) or summer 2019 (to celebrate brexit lol).anyway I think wii u owners deserve a last present and thank you for being patient (C’mon we wait 2 years + for the damn game).
