Following in the footsteps of GameStop, Target stores have begun displaying posters for Nintendo Switch, complete with images of the console and its versatile controller. The promotional signs also highlight the date March 2017, which is when the upcoming system will arrive. Nintendo is planning to reveal major details regarding the Switch next Thursday, January 12, as part of a presentation that will include the exact launch date and pricing, as well as a look at the lineup of games currently in development.

  1. THIS is what we need to see.
    Actual marketing tactics.
If they keep this up I guarantee the Switch will outperform the Wii U in terms of profit in its first few months.

  3. In terms of performance I dnt think it will be same or even out do the xbox one or playstation 4 playstation as a jaguar custom 8 core the xbox one as a custom 8 core the tera flops on the playstation 4 are 165 tera flops the xbox is 185 tera flops the playstation 4 as a enhanced graphics chip and can play every game at 1080 p the xbox one can not the switch is better than the wi u but not that much better the tera flops are only 2.0 if Nintendo are useing the low end tegra chip not the enhanced version tegra what is used in most ehanced graphics cards should be used if not I would suggest would be a bad move by nintendo the boost the tera flop and gpu and cpu as it will just be another system what developers will turn away from same as wi u

    • No matter. When Wal-Mart or GameStop sucks, I always have Amazon since I got Prime & that comes with free 2 day shipping.
