Welp, time to get into the Disgaea series.
Why are people miss spelling certain words like “Well” and saying Welp? And others I don’t want to hurt my head thinking over>
>Welp
>misspelling
Ah ah, this is rather interesting! You don’t know the slang word that is welp?
It’s okay, they’re many others who don’t know about it but to explain…
Welp is not a misspelling, it’s an recognized internet slang word
that goes back all the way to the 90s movie with Jim Carrey, Dumb and Dumber.
I like to suggest, if ya have the time…to search the word welp to learn
more about it, that way you know it’s no mere misspelling.
Even wikionary has an entry for it:
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/welp
Along with google as well recognizing it
as a nonstandard spelling of well.
The more you know!
It doesn’t hurt to learn a bit about new words/slangs…
on the internet~ =)
Thank you kindly for the information, It’s put my mind at ease now. Although i’m not a slang person being a country boy at heart
i’ve already pre-ordered mine ages ago, i don’t remember if its the 13th or 14th i made the pre-order.
Is there a incomplete edition as well?
Normal edition would probably be enough for me.
They are also selling a complete (not limited) edition, just the game with I’m guessing all the DLC for $60
How does pre-ordering work at their site? Charges you once it ships or charges you when you place the order?
