    1. According to the first bullet, there are regular dungeons; the “mini-dungeons” are listed separately. So I think we’ll get some traditional dungeons this time around!

  1. As if the wait wasn’t excruciating enough…. The kind of Zelda game I’ve always wanted! There’s not many Switch games day one but if you get Zelda there won’t be much time for anything else for a long while it seems 😳

  2. And you don’t even get achievements/ trophies for or doing any of this stuff. Smh. A failed moment to capture the point of actually doing everything in the game.

  3. Sounds great. Wish I had the time to actually go through them all. Hopefully they didn’t just place a bunch of dungeons to add more fluff and made them all different to a certain extent at least

    1. There’s only one guy I know that will definitely do this. His name is Mike. He is the 100% Master.

    2. I wonder if it’s even possible to 100% this in one playthrough? Aonuma already said there was a different ending depending on things you do in-game, so I wonder how all this is gonna work?

I say this knowing I’m going to replay this game.

  4. *reads some of the comments about how it’ll take forever to 100%* No, no! Must resist urge to look!

    Must…
    ..resist….
    ………..looking………………………………. D: SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!! D:

  5. So, that means along with the 4 very likely large dungeons composed of the Salamander/Hawk/Camel/Elephant guardians, there are 1,100 things/quests to do in the game? Maybe 1,101 if there is a final dungeon at Hyrule Castle before you face the Calamity Ganon.

I almost read the 120 shrines as 120 shines, and made me instantly think of Mario Sunshine and also Mario 64. Seems like 120 is a solid number for Nintendo franchises when it comes to the main “collectable” as it were.

Not only are there 1,100 quests to do, but how many hidden chests and objects are there? I honestly think this worry that the world is giant for the sake of being giant and will be pretty barren like other super large overworlds, will be put to rest with this information. Totally awesome.

  6. And I gave in & read the rest of the article past the spoiler alert. So much to do. Well I’m gonna be busy with that game for a couple of months. @.@

  7. this thing has gotta be over 500 pages long; and there are full dungeons; they are all part of the story which they haven’t said anything about. The shrines, sidequests and korok seeds are not really pertaining to story.
