Games that aren’t released outside of Japan often fade into obscurity. However, some games with dedicated followings do eventually surface in internationally as fan translations. Like Mother 3 before it, this Game Boy Advance has finally been made available for English speaking fans. Based on the anime of the same name, Fullmetal Alchemist: Stray Rondo was released in Japan in 2004. Fans of the franchise were disappointed when the game never got an English localisation, but thirteen years later one has arrived. If you’re interested in playing the game, the translation can be found here.
Fullmetal Alchemist Game Boy Advance Game Gets A Fan Translation

||How utterly pointless…||
If only people can stop the milking the Nina Chimera memes.
Way to ruin one of the saddest scenes in the original anime.
*frowns at remembering Nina & her dog* … *bursts into tears* Waaaaaaaaah! *also remembers Hughes’ death* FUCK YOU, ENVY!!! It’s one of the only 2 irredeemable homunculi in the franchise in my opinion. The other being Wrath (canon name) / Pride (non-canon name.)
This was a hard article to read…
Much love for Full Metal Alchemist though. Excellent anime.
And yah the Nina bit was pretty F’d.
I don’t see this series as excellent at all. In fact, I regret ever watching so much as a single second of it (I watched the entire 2003 series, and its movie). The Nina thing just further proves my point. Not to mention the supporting cast.
I hate this series.
Too dark for your tastes or something? Just curious.
Now how about the following Bo-bobo games:
GBA:
-Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Ougi 87.5 Bakuretsu Hanage Shinken
-Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Majide!!? Shinken Shoubu
-Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo 9 Kiwame Senshi Gyagu Yuugou
-Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Bakutou Hajike Taisen
Gamecube:
-Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Dasshutsu! Hajike Rowaiaru
Well thank you Josh, I for one love the FMA series. Top 5 definetly for me so ill for sure be giving it a try.
this is good news and my sweedish friend stop being so ooooh fan translations are bad it shows dedication to a franchise. i know your a metriod nerd but dont shit on other franchises just because they are not metriod.
if you dont like it dont comment it’s simple even for a roleplayer like yourself.
Is this based on the non-canon anime or the canon anime?
