The team over at GameXplain have been busy investigating the many secrets and new features that the upcoming Mario Kart 8 Deluxe brings to the table. Their latest video focusses on the vibrant openings and title screens that are hidden away. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe races into stores on the Nintendo Switch on Friday.

Not sure if I like the Hyrule & Link drawing. It seriously clashes with the genre and other screens. Bad decision from the designers IMO.

Anybody know if all the characters and equipment are already unlocked from the get go ? I never played the Wii u one so I would personally like to unlock them myself for that sense of progression lol
Multiplayer (Online) = Unlocked.
Single Player = Locked.
You still have to unlock the karts/parts, but the characters (except for one) and tracks are all unlocked.
Im excited for this one.
But some new tracks would’ve been awesome.
Lol, so cheap and it boggles my mind how it’s been the same boring content that unlocks after beating the whole game (100%ing the game).
Still waiting for a Waluigi title screen!
