Those of you who are fans of the No More Heroes franchise might have noticed that the lead character Travis sounds slightly different in the recently unveiled No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again. Today, the original voice actor for Travis, Robin Atkin Downes, has confirmed on Twitter that he hasn’t been asked to reprise the role, which is a strange decision from the development team. It seems people on social media aren’t too happy to have learnt this and are asking if he will resume the role of Travis.

Maybe they didn’t do the voice work yet? I’m not sure how much advanced notice voice acting contracts need, but if the game releases in 2018, perhaps they just haven’t reached that step yet.
