The Latest Zelda: Breath Of The Wild ‘Tip’ From Nintendo Is On In-Game Selfies

Nintendo has, over the last few months, uploaded regular tips that are aimed at beginners who are starting their journey in Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. By visiting the Zelda: Breath Of The Wild channel on the eShop, you can view some useful tips and then Nintendo will gift you with in-game items to help you along the way. The latest tip from the ‘Tips From The Wild’ section teaches players how to take a selfie of link with no in-game items or gifts given in exchange.

A slightly odd move from Nintendo if you ask me but it’s good to see Nintendo tapping into a current craze once again.

If you’re wanting to take a selfie but wanting to know how then all you need to do is press the X button with the camera rune to switch to ‘self-portrait’ mode. Give the ZL button a press and you’ll be set up to take a selfie of Link.

  1. It’s SO stupid the fact that u can’t share on facebook your selfies. because they won’t go full-screenm, so all u can do is take a print of that stupid album. Nintendo should fix that

  2. The only BotW selfie I’ve needed so far was taking down my first Silver Lynel after a long duel with one (one that was interrupted by undead moblins for a few seconds and complicated things).

    1. King Kalas X3 {I only buy exclusives that interest me on Switch. For everything else that interests me, there is PS4.}

      I would say I wish I had taken a picture of my first Silver Lynel kill but since I’ve killed dozens & dozens of them, turning them into pushovers & my personal bitches, since that first one, there isn’t anything special about that first kill anymore.
