Over Fence, the Japanese developers behind the Nintendo published Flip Wars, sadly commenced bankruptcy proceedings on March 16th. The company currently has a total debt of ¥2 million, which is $19,000. Over Fence originally started out as a band of former Hudson Soft employees back in 2012.
