Nintendo Switch owners will soon be able to get their hands on Goosebumps The Game, which officially launches on October 9 for Nintendo’s latest console. Developed by the talented folks at WayForward, the action-puzzle title was originally released in 2015 as a prequel to the Goosebumps film. The game places you in the shoes of a character whose neighborhood’s been overrun by R.L. Stine’s iconic monsters. Players are tasked with using their wits to investigate surroundings, puzzle out clues and outsmart the monsters before it’s too late.
WayForward’s Goosebumps The Game Is Coming Soon To Nintendo Switch

Damn. I was excited for a second that the game would be an action platformer/metroidvania, but it’s just a point and click adventure. Too bad…
I’d buy Mighty Switch Force for the third time if they brought it to Switch. Let’s goooo Wayforward.
Ew! It’s for that shitty Sony movie! Goosebumps should not have been a god damn comedy!
Sony Pictures*
Maybe if Sony would fire the idiots in charge of their movie division, they wouldn’t have to sell the damn thing. The only reason Fox is selling their 21st Century Fox division is because the owner, Robert Murdoch, wants to go all in with sports and news as I hear he’s never really cared for the entertainment industry (save for sports) and I guess he wants to streamline those two things.
Bah, my kids loved that movie and it scared the wits out of them. Especially the werewolf.
