Good news today for Rocket League fans as the addictive game now has cross-platform play across all systems. The developers have announced today that cross-platform play now includes Sony’s PlayStation 4 console so if you’ve got Rocket League on the Nintendo Switch and your friend has it on PlayStation 4 you can now team up together. Cross-platform play is now supported on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, And PC. Here is how you enable it:
… head to the “Main Menu,” select “Options” and then make sure the “Cross-Platform Play” box is checked in the ”Gameplay” tab. And that’s all there is to it. You are now ready to play against gamers on other platforms across the world!
Cross-platform play is here, but not cross-platform parties yet, so you can’t “team up” unless it’s a private match.
