The team at Metacritic have decided to publish the top rated video games of 2019 so far. We are already in the summer months, which just goes to show how quickly half a year can pass. Anyway, there have been some stellar games released on all platforms so far, so it is certainly interesting to see which received favourable review scores. Here’s the top twenty video games of 2019 according to Metacritic scores:

Did they forget about cuphead?
Cuphead just got ported to Switch a few months ago. The game’s been out on other platforms since 2017, so it doesn’t count.
Well yes, but cuphead switch is still a 2019 Metacritic rated Video game.
Where’s Yoshi’s Crafted World?
The only 2019 game I played was Resident Evil 2. And it was over with so fast that I forgot that it was this year when I played that. That game was ok, but it definitely wasn’t any kind of unforgettable experience for me. Just recently got through playing the amazing Red Dead Redemption II. Yoshi’s Crafted World is next.
Crafted world unfortunately didn’t score high enough ( but it should of), unlike cuphead though that should be in the the top 10 of this list.
Great to see the severely underplayed Blaster Master II on that list. Solid game.
I hope that Outer Wilds game is just a timed exclusive for those systems and will hit consoles in the next year or so. If not, I guess I’ll have to look for it on Steam later.

False Ranking..Resident Evil 2 on xbox one have 93 against the 91 on ps4, same for sekiro on xbox one that have 91 and on ps4 have 90, CTR on xbox one have 84 and 83 on ps4.. so for xone we have 4 titles and ps4 only 3..congrats for the false news :)
