The nominees for this year’s Gamescom Awards were announced today, and there is good news for Nintendo. The company has games nominated in 4 categories, including “Best Action Adventure Game” and “Best Family Game”. Gamescom is in Germany so they are using the German names for Sword & Shield. It’s not hard to figure out which word is German for sword & which is German for shield. Especially shield. lol

Gamescom looks like it is going to be very awesome! Its nice to see that Luigi’s Mansion 3 and Links Awakening got nominations in multiple categories. I wonder if they will win multiple awards this year?
