Nintendo reveals Layton’s Mystery Journey Switch box-art

The Professor Layton series returns on the Nintendo Switch with a remaster of Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy. The game is out on the 8th November 2019 and is dubbed the Deluxe Edition with numerous improvements over the original game. Today, Nintendo of America showed off the game’s charming box-art on Twitter. Take a look at it above and check out the game’s key features:

  • NEW PUZZLES: This Deluxe Edition includes more than 40 brand-new puzzles and additionally, some refined puzzles from the Nintendo 3DS version.
  • Unlocked DLC: Content that was previously released as paid DLC, including the “Daddy’s Girl” and “Luke Lookalike” outfits, are unlocked.
  • New Outfits: More than 50 new outfits have been added, all of which can be obtained through gameplay.
  • Improved Layout and Enhanced Graphics: Key clues and essential information for each puzzle is now viewable on one screen, and all graphics have been remastered in HD.

    1. It’s ok.
      It still has that Layton feel but it has many problems too.

      It’s kind of the Skyward Sword, Alien 3 (movie), or Super Mario Party of the series.

      I’d say play this if you have no other Layton left to play.
