Private Division, the publisher for the excellent The Outer Worlds on the Nintendo Switch, has revealed that the forthcoming port will target 30 frames per second with a resolution of 720p in handheld and 1080p docked. Hopefully the developers over at Virtuos will be able to achieve this resolution and frame rate when the final game launches on the platform on Friday, 5th June.
Hopefully the presentation holds up, but I am glad they are pushing the hardware.
I’m keeping an eye on this one. I’ve been wanting it since I saw a let’s play for the P.C. version.
Never mind, I had this confused with Journey to the Savage Planet.
Hope they can make it work well. I played it briefly on gamepass for pc it was pretty cool. I have to play it on low settings tho so it’ll be interesting to see how it compares to that.
I’m excited. I’ll probably pick it up release day and I wanna snag Trials of Mana as well.

Is the Switch in raw power closer to Wii U or PS4? Or is it still a mystery because they can still go further in?
