Popular Japanese publication Famitsu has revealed its latest most wanted chart and it’s looking pretty good for Nintendo. Bayonetta 3 takes the top spot at number two for Nintendo Switch titles with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 slipping to position five. It’s worth having a timely reminder that Bayonetta 3’s Director, Kamiya, in May this year stated that development for the title has not been cancelled and it’s still in development. When we hear about it is anyone’s guess, but with Nintendo dropping announcements out of nowhere recently, an update about the title could just be round the corner (fingers crossed).

I’m surprised to see Bravely Default II ranked so high, considering how Japan got some pretty bad versions of Bravely Default and Bravely Second (enough to prompt an apology from the devs). Not to mention all the negative feedback around the battle system changes (at least in the West, so maybe it doesn’t apply).
