  1. I wonder how this will work sega pratically screwed up sonic lore after generations , heck even in forces they stated that classic sonic was from another dimension, which really doesn’t make any sense, won’t be buying it but I’m surprise to see how all the history and lore shape up

    1. I think Generations was the last time the lore made any sense. The only weird thing was that Tails didn’t recognize Green Hill despite other games having it albeit not that often (at the time lol), but Generations was also translated by Pontac and Gaff. Nah I’d say that Forces has done the most damage purely because of the writing and lack of care for continuity. Generations was fine because it used time travel in weird but not completely destructive way and explained things away pretty well with it

        1. I know, and that’s a huge stretch.

Did he just travel through time just to dimension hop?

Makes me wonder what Silver’s been doing doing the whole time when Blaze was dealing with Nega.

          1. I think it’s likely Silver never met Nega in the future (unless that’s otherwise stated in Rivals, I never played that one). Nega likely honed in on Blaze because of Iblis and had no regard for Silver. After Sonic and Elise erased the events of 06, Blaze was still trapped in a new dimension with Iblis inside her, now having zero memory of Silver and Silver never having met Blaze up to that point. Then Rush happens

            1. Isn’t Blaze a born resident of what we call the Sol Dimension?

Also, let’s not try to weave Sonic 2006 into canon (due to the intended reboot, the development, the quality, the backlash, the continuity errors, and the big erase).

    2. Another dimension? I guess Tails and Knuckles pulled a Gohan where they can’t be old AND super. R.I.P. The encyclopedia probably wasn’t going to have Sally anyway.

  2. The big problem we currently have is not being able to play the game boy advance and gamecube sonic games on Nintendo switch. Mario is getting 3 good games ported and Sonic team is goofing around with stupid memes. Sega doesn’t want my money. Team sonic racing will be my last sonic game on Nintendo switch and I’m glad I did not buy sonic mania because it does not let me play as shadow, cream, Amy and blaze without mods.
